1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of DigiDistro ("the Service"), a commercial cross-platform video-distribution product operated by Super Funicular LLC ("Super Funicular," "we," "us," or "our"). DigiDistro lets a creator ("you") connect the social accounts you control and publish your video content to all of those connected destinations from a single workflow, with platform-appropriate captions, conservative pacing, and post-level audit logs.

DigiDistro is currently in closed beta. During closed beta the only onboarded creator is Super Funicular's own founder, validating the end-to-end pipeline against every connected platform's official API before opening DigiDistro to additional paying creators. These Terms describe the product as it will operate at general availability and as it operates today; the only difference today is the size of the creator cohort.

2. Description of the Service

DigiDistro is an automation pipeline running on Super Funicular-controlled infrastructure. For each creator who connects their accounts, DigiDistro:

• Ingests the creator's source videos (currently from YouTube via yt-dlp; additional source platforms planned).
• Composes platform-appropriate captions, descriptions, and hashtags tuned for each destination platform's discovery surface, optionally referencing the creator's own products.
• Uploads each video to the creator's connected destination accounts via each platform's official API or, where no public API exists, via authenticated browser-equivalent flows the creator has explicitly authorized.
• Tracks pacing and rate limits on a per-creator, per-platform basis to keep posting cadence well within each platform's published guidelines.
• Surfaces a per-creator audit log of every post (URL, timestamp, target platform, source video) for the creator's own records.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

DigiDistro is available to creators who own and control the social accounts they connect, and who have authority to publish to those accounts. By connecting an account through OAuth (or platform-equivalent authentication), you represent that you are the rightful owner of that account or have explicit authorization from the rightful owner. Connecting an account on behalf of another party without their authorization is a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination.

4. Compliance With Each Platform's Terms

DigiDistro's use of each integrated destination platform is subject to that platform's own developer policies, terms of service, and rate limits. By using DigiDistro, you agree to comply (and to ensure DigiDistro complies on your behalf) with the terms of each connected platform, including:

• YouTube API Services Terms of Service

If any conflict arises between these Terms and a connected platform's terms, the connected platform's terms govern with respect to that platform's data and APIs.

5. Acceptable Use

DigiDistro is operated under the following constraints, which apply to every creator on the Service:

• Posts originate only from content the connected creator owns or has explicit license to redistribute — no scraped, re-uploaded, or third-party content without rights.
• Pacing on every destination platform stays well within that platform's published guidelines (typically 3–5 posts per day with multi-hour gaps); per-platform daily caps are enforced server-side.
• No follower-graph manipulation, no automated commenting, no DM automation, no engagement automation against accounts other than the creator's own.
• Where a destination platform supports a draft / inbox mode (notably TikTok Content Posting API), DigiDistro defaults to that mode so the creator confirms publication.
• DigiDistro never uses creator credentials to read or process data about anyone other than the creator who granted them.

Super Funicular reserves the right to suspend any creator account on DigiDistro that violates these constraints or the terms of any connected destination platform.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you publish through DigiDistro. By using DigiDistro, you grant Super Funicular a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to ingest, transform (e.g. compose captions and hashtags), and transmit your content to the destination platforms you have connected, solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf. Each integrated platform's branding (logos, marks, names) belongs to that platform and is used by DigiDistro only for nominative purposes.

7. Privacy

DigiDistro's data handling is described in the DigiDistro Privacy Policy. In summary: DigiDistro processes only the credentials each creator authorizes and the content each creator chooses to distribute; per-creator data is isolated; authentication tokens are stored encrypted on Super Funicular-controlled infrastructure and are never sold or shared with any third party other than the destination platform's official API.

8. Pricing

DigiDistro is a paid product. During closed beta the Service is operated at no charge against the founder's own creator account for validation purposes. Pricing for invite beta and general availability will be published on this site at https://digidistro.superfunicular.com/pricing/ when those phases open; expected model is a monthly subscription with tiers based on number of connected destination platforms and post volume.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

DigiDistro is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Funicular disclaims all liability for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, DigiDistro, including loss of access to a connected destination account, reach, or earnings. Each destination platform may suspend, throttle, or revoke access to its API at any time per its own developer policies; in such cases the affected integration ceases immediately and Super Funicular is not liable for the consequences of that suspension.

10. Termination

You may stop using DigiDistro at any time by revoking each connected platform's authorization through that platform's connected-apps settings; DigiDistro will immediately stop posting on your behalf. Super Funicular may suspend or terminate any creator account that violates these Terms or any connected platform's terms.

11. Changes

Material changes to these Terms will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without reference to conflict-of-laws principles.
